Dimensions Roll Banner Rack
Roll banner stands are available in several different sizes depending on the customer’s needs.
The standard dimensions of roll banner stands are:
85 x 200 cm; 100 x 200 cm; 120 x 200 cm; 150 x 200 cm; 200 x 200 cm.
Here it is noteworthy that when we list the dimensions, only the width of the roll banner changes, while its height is always maintained at 2 meters. Modifications with other heights such as 160 cm or 300 cm are also available on the market. But over time, the height of 2 meters has established itself as the standard and is perceived as the most functional and convenient to use. This is because: firstly, the human height allows the stand to be easily unfolded to this height, and secondly: at this height, the main part of the advertising message is positioned at eye level.
Choosing the right size for you depends on the area you have for positioning the stand and the distance from which the advertising message will be perceived. It is logical that the smaller the area you have, you should choose a smaller size of the advertising stand and vice versa, if you have a huge area and the vision should be perceived both from close and from afar, then you will choose the larger sizes.
Types of Roll Banner Stands
The production of roll banner stands is concentrated mainly in China, and relatively rarely you can find ones made in Turkey. There are many different modifications that come with different names such as Classic Rocker, Luxury, Square Strong, Eco Exclusive and others. Most often you can find models that stand on 2 legs. They are the most common and mass model, but there are also models on the market with one leg and those that lie directly on their body and are legless. They differ mainly in the design of the aluminum part of the stand, but in general it is the same product. One of the details that you should definitely pay attention to when choosing a quality roll banner stand is the aluminum molding that holds the top of the image. It can also be different, in design, but it is generally almost not noticeable and it does not really matter whether it will be rounded or slightly more rectangular in shape. The alternative technology, which you should avoid if possible, is with an aluminum profile on which there is a double-adhesive tape glued. The problem here is that the image stands all the time under tension tensioned by the spring of the winding mechanism and very often the media peels off the double-sided tape and the roll banner stand becomes unusable. The good news here is that it can be repaired and renovated. It uses again, but if you choose the clip model, you will avoid the risk of peeling off and missing the advertising look.
In some of the models, metal plates and moldings have been added in order to increase the strength and resistance of the roll banner stand, but the effect of them is not very great.

Design for roll banner stands
The design for the look that will be used for the roll banner stand should be consistent with the dimensions of the advertising panel and the visible part of the image. The main requirement is not to put texts, logos and other important elements on the edge of the vision. Upstairs, on the left, and on the right, there is no need to run puffs for circumcision. At the bottom, it is good to provide an additional 100 mm, given that they are included in the construction of the roll banner and are not visible. Their role is to screw them inside it, thus purely technologically reducing the stress on the media exerted by the spring mechanism. If the background of the image vision is white, there is no need to provide for bloats. If the background is an image or a color other than white, it is good to make a 30-50 mm swelling at the bottom of the look to ensure that there is no white line between the stand and the printed image. The design can be submitted ready-made by the client or ordered for visualization by our designer. We can determine and quote the exact price for the design after getting acquainted with the specific requirements of the client. Our experience so far shows that when the texts, logos and images for the project are submitted correctly, the price ranges from BGN 30 to BGN 60. Very rarely can this price be exceeded in cases where specific cropping and correction of photos or complex vectorization of logos or other complex elements that are not available in good resolution for printing is required. The deadlines for design and prepress preparation of an image vision for a roll banner are fulfilled within 1 to 3 working days, depending on our current load.
