Through the website, customers can order standard products as well as products that are custom-made based on a file, design, size, material, technical specifications, or other specific customer requirements.

The user has the right to use the website in good faith and in accordance with its intended purpose.

It is prohibited to use the website for:

  • publishing, sending, or uploading illegal content;
  • infringement of intellectual property rights;
  • sending files that contain viruses, malicious code, or technically hazardous elements;

The price the customer owes is the one confirmed upon order completion or in an individual quote.

8. Orders

An order can be placed via:

  • inquiry form;
  • email;
  • phone;
  • communication with a company representative;
  • Custom quote.

The order is considered accepted upon confirmation by “Print Stop BG” EOOD or upon automatic confirmation by the system, when applicable.

For custom products, printed products, or products based on a customer-provided file, the order may require additional clarification, file review, design approval, or confirmation of dimensions, materials, quantities, deadlines, or other specifications.

“Print Stop BG” EOOD has the right to refuse to fulfill an order when:

  • the data provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect;
  • the file is technically unsuitable for printing or production;
  • the content violates the law, public morals, or the rights of third parties;
  • the product cannot be manufactured for technical reasons;
  • there is suspicion of abuse;
  • performance becomes impossible for reasons beyond the company’s control.

9. Files, Design, and Prepress

When a customer submits a file for printing or production, the customer is responsible for the content, quality, and accuracy of the file, unless the customer has expressly commissioned “Print Stop BG” EOOD to prepare, review, correct, or design the file.

The customer is responsible for:

  • the correct file size;
  • sufficient resolution;
  • correct spelling of texts;
  • spelling;
  • phone numbers, addresses, prices, and other information;
  • image quality;
  • color mode;
  • the logos, photos, fonts, and other elements included;
  • the right to use the provided images, logos, trademarks, photographs, and text.

“Print Stop BG” EOOD may perform a technical review of the file, but assumes no responsibility for errors in the content if such errors were provided or approved by the client.

When ordering a design or prepress service, the client should carefully review the submitted draft. Upon approval of the design, file, visualization, size, material, or specifications, the customer confirms that all elements are correct and authorizes production to begin.

Once approved by the client, errors in text, phone number, address, logo, image, color, size, or other information that were visible in the approved design shall not be considered the contractor’s fault.

10. Colors and Permissible Deviations

The user understands and accepts that there may be a difference between the colors displayed on the screen and those of the actual printed product.

Differences may arise due to:

  • various monitor settings;
  • a different color mode for the file;
  • type of material;
  • type of printing technology;
  • lighting;
  • lamination;
  • characteristics of inks, toners, films, and surfaces;
  • differences between individual production batches.

Minor manufacturing variations in color, size, cutting, assembly, positioning, or finishing processes are possible and are not considered defects when they fall within the normally acceptable manufacturing tolerances.

When color accuracy is essential, the customer should request a color sample or specify color requirements in advance. This service may be subject to a separate fee and lead time.

11. Custom-made products

Custom-made products are all products that are manufactured specifically for a particular customer based on their file, design, logo, text, photo, size, material, color, construction, technical specifications, or other individual requirements.

Such products include, but are not limited to:

  • products printed based on a customer-provided file;
  • roll-up banners with a printed design;
  • custom-sized and custom-designed vinyl panels;
  • stickers by customer file;
  • perforated foil for a specific display case;
  • signs featuring a specific logo, name, text, or design;
  • custom-designed dimensional letters;
  • a canvas featuring a photo or design provided by the customer;
  • business cards, flyers, brochures, catalogs, and other printed materials based on client specifications;
  • Any products that cannot be used, resold, or provided to another customer due to their personalized nature.

By submitting a file, approving a design, confirming specifications, or finalizing an order for a custom-made product, the customer confirms that the product is being manufactured specifically for them and according to their individual requirements.

Once production, printing, cutting, manufacturing, assembly preparation, or any other production activity related to a custom order, the customer may not cancel the order without cause and is obligated to pay the full agreed-upon price if the product has been manufactured in accordance with the confirmed specifications.

12. Right of Withdrawal

When a consumer qualifies as a consumer under applicable law and purchases a standard product through distance selling, he or she has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, where this right applies.

The withdrawal period generally begins on the date the consumer receives the goods or on the date a third party other than the courier and designated by the consumer receives them.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify us in writing at office@printstop.bg, providing the order details and stating their intention to withdraw from the contract.

The returned product must be in a condition that allows for resale, with no signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise expressly agreed or required by law.

13. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or in accordance with the consumer’s individual requirements.

Therefore, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been custom-made for the customer, including, but not limited to:

  • products printed with a customer-provided file, design, logo, text, photo, or image;
  • products customized in terms of size, format, material, color, design, or technical specifications;
  • roll-up banners featuring the client’s printed design;
  • vinyls, stickers, signs, perforated film, channel letters, 3D letters, brochures, business cards, catalogs, and other promotional materials custom-made for a specific client;
  • products that, due to their personalized nature, cannot be used, resold, or provided to another customer.

The customer may not reject a custom-made product solely because of a change of mind, withdrawal from the project, selection of another supplier, no longer needing the product, or any other reason not related to a defect, nonconformity, or error on the part of the contractor.

Once the customer has confirmed a file, design, size, material, quantity, deadline, or other parameters, and production has begun, the customer is obligated to pay the full agreed-upon price for the work if the product is completed in accordance with the confirmed specifications.

This limitation does not affect the customer’s right to file a complaint in the event of a defect, nonconformity, damage, or improper performance attributable to “Print Stop BG” EOOD.

14. Complaints

The customer has the right to file a complaint in the following cases:

  • manufacturing defect;
  • malfunction;
  • discrepancy with the confirmed order;
  • a product different from the one ordered;
  • an error in size, material, or workmanship, when such error is attributable to “Print Stop BG” EOOD;
  • another issue for which the law provides a right to file a complaint.

A complaint should be filed within a reasonable time after the problem is identified, and the customer must provide:

  • order number, if any;
  • description of the problem;
  • photographs or other evidence;
  • contact information.

Complaints should be sent to office@printstop.bg.

In the event of a valid complaint, “Print Stop BG” EOOD may, depending on the specific case and applicable law, offer:

  • correction;
  • rework;
  • exchange;
  • price reduction;
  • Refund of the amount, where applicable.

The following complaints will not be considered valid:

  • errors in a file, text, phone number, address, logo, photo, or design provided or approved by the client;
  • differences between on-screen color and printed color when a color proof has not been requested and approved;
  • minimal manufacturing variations within the usual production tolerances;
  • damage caused by improper use, storage, installation, or transportation, when the transportation was not arranged by “Print Stop BG” EOOD;
  • Return of the product due to a change in the customer’s mind, when the product is custom-made.

15. Payment

The website accepts the following payment methods:

  • card payment;
  • bank transfer;
  • cash on delivery;
  • Cash payment upon receipt of the goods at a company office.

For custom orders, orders with printing, large quantities, non-standard products, or custom-made items, an advance payment, partial payment, or full payment in advance may be required.

For bank transfers, the order may begin to be processed once the amount has been credited to the bank account, unless otherwise agreed.

For card payments, the transaction is processed through a third-party payment service provider. “Print Stop BG” EOOD does not store full bank card details.

16. Delivery

Deliveries can be made via:

  • Econt Express;
  • Speedy;
  • Pigeon Express;
  • another courier or shipping partner, when agreed upon;
  • pickup from the company’s office.

Delivery times depend on the type of product, availability, production time, the selected courier, the location, and other factors.

The deadlines listed are approximate, unless a specific, binding deadline has been expressly agreed upon.

“Print Stop BG” EOOD is not liable for delays caused by the courier, force majeure, incorrect information provided by the customer, delayed design approval, delayed payment, or other circumstances beyond the company’s control.

Upon receipt of the shipment, the customer should check the integrity of the packaging. If there is visible damage caused during shipping, the customer should notify the courier and request that a report be drawn up, when applicable.

17. Installation

When an installation service is requested, the terms, deadline, location, access to the site, necessary technical specifications, and price are specified in advance.

The customer is required to provide:

  • access to the site;
  • the ability to perform the installation;
  • the necessary permits, when required;
  • information about the site’s specific features;
  • safe working conditions;
  • On-site contact person.

“Print Stop BG” EOOD shall not be liable for any delay or inability to perform the installation if the customer has not provided access, the necessary conditions, permits, or required information.

When installing on walls, display cases, facades, vehicles, furniture, or other surfaces, the customer is responsible for the condition and suitability of the surface, unless otherwise agreed.

18. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

The client declares that it has the right to use all files, images, logos, trademarks, text, photographs, fonts, and other materials that it provides for printing, design, or production.

The customer bears full responsibility if the content provided by them infringes on copyrights, trademark rights, the rights of third parties, legal requirements, or public decency.

“Print Stop BG” EOOD reserves the right to refuse to produce materials that contain illegal, offensive, discriminatory, misleading, pornographic, violent, politically extremist, or other unacceptable content.

All copyrights to designs, visualizations, files, prepress materials, photographs, texts, and other materials created by “Print Stop BG” EOOD remain the property of the company, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Submitting a design or visualization for approval does not entitle the client to use, copy, provide to third parties, or reproduce the design in question without payment and express consent, unless otherwise agreed.

19. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

  • the accuracy of the data provided;
  • the accuracy of the files;
  • the right to use the content provided;
  • the timely approval of projects;
  • timely payment;
  • ensuring access during delivery or installation;
  • verifying the information before confirmation;
  • the use of the product for its intended purpose.

The client understands and agrees that, once a file, design, visualization, or technical specification has been approved, the work will be carried out in accordance with the approved content.

20. Liability of “Print Stop BG” EOOD

“Print Stop BG” EOOD undertakes to fulfill orders professionally, in good faith, and in accordance with the confirmed specifications.

The company is not liable for:

  • errors in files provided or approved by the client;
  • errors in text, phone number, address, logo, prices, or images, as confirmed by the customer;
  • differences between the colors on the screen and those of the printed product;
  • delays due to lack of approval, delayed payment, or incomplete information;
  • damage caused by improper use, storage, or installation by the customer;
  • problems caused by a courier when the shipment has been properly handed over;
  • Temporary unavailability of the website due to technical maintenance, hosting issues, cyberattacks, force majeure, or other reasons beyond the company’s control.
